Reading Accompanies My Growth
Good evening, everyone! My name is Zhang Xueying. I come from the Primary School Attached to Nanjing Normal University. Today, my topic is “Reading Accompanies My Growth”.
Gorky, the famous Russian writer, once said, “The book is the ladder of human progress.” I like this saying, and I also believe that reading good books can accompany my growth.
When I was a little girl, my mother read a lot of interesting stories for me almost every evening. While listening, I gradually fell asleep and had good dreams. Later, I went to the primary school. With the help of my teachers, I learned how to read by myself. I found one secret after another. Oh, how marvelous the world is!
I cannot grow up without books. Reading books makes me grow faster. Books can both broaden my eyes and tell me how to conduct myself. “Love of Education” makes me realize the difference between good and evil. “The Making of Steel” tells me that only strong will can help me succeed. “Three Days to See” makes me get to know Helen Keller ---- the famous female writer in the

Low carbon life
Hello everyone my name is xufangqiu. My topic is Low carbon life.
I don’t know how many trees is felled everyday in our glob. I don’t know how much water is consumed everyday in our country. I don’t know how much electricity is expensed everyday in our communication. But I know all these figures are not small.
Sometimes when I walk in our school I find the water switch is not closed tightly. Sometimes when I climb mountain I discover many trees are cut unreasonably. The sore annual rings are exposed as if they are crying. Sometimes when I go out and take a walk I forget to close the light.
I hope people don’t use following water to wash goods. I hope people don’t use one-time materials. I hope people don’t use spotlights but use energy-saving lights.
Although all these are little but when we do these better the word will be better.

My name is Cai Yijie,and my English name is Jack.I am from Nanjing and I study at Fangcao Garden primary school. I am very glad to make a speech with English here! today, I’d like to talk something about my dreams.
I am a ten years old boy.there are many good dreams in my mind.I hope all the dreams will come to ture in the future.
My first dream is our country will be rich and strong. All of ethnic chinese people can living together just like one big family .I hope I can do much for my country after I grow up.So,I think I must study hard and take exercise ensure my body healthy.
As all known, English language is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Therefore,Learning English well and use it freely is my second dream. When I was five years old, I began to learn English. now, learn English have broght me great pleasure and made me much confident. I like the beauty of this language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.
My third dream is I can make friends with many people of the world. I hope can travle around the world in the future.in this case, I can talking with different people and learn more knowledge. Also I can introduce our country to them.I love peace, hope all the children of the world can get clean water,fresh food,beautiful dress,big house, and I hope them have many good dreams just like me.
With the economic increase so fast,environment protection is urgent , the fourth dream of mine is all of the rivers will turn to clean , green covered mountains, deserts will be oasis, any pollution no longer happen.
Above all of my dreams is the best wish for our future,for everyone on seat, let's study or work hard to build an active and healthy society,let our country becomes a big and beautiful garden.

Smile to every thing
Hello, every one. Today, I’ll give you a speech—“smile to everything”.
Between people and people, as like that between mountains and mountains, if you shout: I respect you…… the answer will be: I respect you…… if you shout: I understand you…… each other’s echo will be: I understand you…… It is like a mirror, too. If you give the other people a smile, you will see that he or she will give you a smile, too; if you put a face with anger, he or she will also give you a face with anger. So you can be healthy and friendly when you smile to everything.
Still remember, on the 13th of December in 2010, at the opening ceremony of the sixteenth “Asia a disabled person’s sports meeting”, those physical disabilities, although they are physical disability, can’t move normally, but they still persist to do every thing—
